Admin - Subscription
We want to keep things simple, and make sure this platform is as useful and as appealing as possible. The billing is based around live PoV documents, that is, ones that are not archived. They can be published or not. This allows you to invite as many users as you need to the platform, and not just your Sales Engineers or Sales team.
This allows Product Managers and Engineering to see how tests are performing, how test are mapped to products & product features, and even contribute to writing & updating tests themselves.
You can license the product either with an ongoing subscription (monthly or annual commitment). You can cancel anytime (granted if you make an annual commitment and cancel after 1 month, you will still get the full 1 year term). We've also made available lifetime (perpetual) licenses. This allows you to make one single payment and get unlimited access to the product, including any future updates we make!
The subscription page will show you how many licenses you already have, and let you add more as / when you need them.
Changes to subscription terms between monthly & annual will be pro-rata calculated so you will only get charged for the remaining portion of the current cycle.
Example: If your bill date is December 10th and you purchase a £20 per month subscription on November 23rd, you'll be billed for the period between November 23rd and December 10th. The prorated cost, in this case, is £11.33 (£20/30 days x 17 days). Instead of a full month, you only pay for 17 days of subscription.
If you have purchased a subscription in mistake and would like to cancel it, please contact us directly and we'll do our best to get you sorted. Please note that while we will do our best to make things right, we have to pay a charge for all processed payments, so requests for refunds can cost us directly. This is also why we offer a free tier, we want you to try things out to make sure they will work for you first. But we will always endeavour to do what we can to make things right. Unfortunately, we cannot back-date refunds.
This website is run by Polyvalent Ltd., and as such billing will come through as from Polyvalent Ltd. When you perform certain billing changes, such as updating payment details or following links in subscription confirmation emails, you will be taken to polyvalent.co.uk. This is our business entity and these links are legitimate. As always, please double check all links to ensure they are going to this site or Polyvalent.
