Admin - General Settings - Test Fields
Test fields can be used to guide your prospects / customers through a PoV plan. Alternatively they can be completely removed, with the expectation that a PoV is a guided process done in collaboration with your team.
There are some defaults here that come from our experience of running PoVs, but they are all configurable, so you can add / remove / edit as you see fit.
The defaults include:
- Prerequisites
- Procedure
- Documentation
- Reference Video
- Expected Results
- Why Does This Matter
You can edit or remove any of these, and add your own as appropriate. Each field has a configurable format:
- Short text
- URL (forced prefix of https://)
- Text area (for larger blocks of text)
- Boolean (true / false)
- 1-10 Scale
At the very least, review these to make sure they make sense to you and your organisational processes / standards.
TIP
Test fields can be seen by your prospects / customers, so avoid using internal terminology, links or other information you would not what someone outside your company from seeing.
TIP
Don't forget to hit Save or Save All once you've made your changes.
