Admin - Review Workflow
There are 2 potential review workflows that can be configured as mandatory. These are available in Admin - General Settings
Test Approval
If configured, whenever a user creates a new test, it must be approved by a peer or an admin before it can be used in any test plan, including my that user themselves. As all tests are available to all users, any user simply needs to browse to the Test Management
and look for any test that requires review (the table can be filtered). The user should then view the test, confirm everything looks correct, and then mark it as reviewed. This makes the test available for all users to now use within a POV plan.

PoV Plan Approval
If configured, whenever a user creates a new PoV plan, it must be approved by a peer or an admin before it can be published (preventing either live viewing, or exporting to Excel). Users can only see their own PoV plans, so if peer review is required, a reviewing user must first be added as a collaborator to a PoV plan. Once a collaborator is added, they simply browse to PoV Management
and look for plans that require review. Alternatively, as admins can see all PoV plans, an admin can perform the review. An admin would go to PoV Management
and then click to show all PoV plans (rather than just theirs), and then look for plans that require review. All details should be checked, and then the admin/collaborator can confirm that they have reviewed the plan. Once reviewed and confirmed, a PoV plan can then be published, and as such viewed live or exported to Excel.
